Job Responsibility:
Collaborate on key initiatives within primary care from start to finish and work with various internal and external stakeholders
Working with key stakeholders to devise the exact implementation plan of a workstream
Ensure that initiatives are delivered on time
Work on the ground with our clinical teams to ensure our models are properly implemented
Imagine new care experiences and develop strategies to achieve them
Assist with scaling primary care practices across the country
