4-Year ABET
Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years industrial design and field construction experience
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software preferred
Job Responsibility:
Develops Mechanical engineering design and modification of industrial process equipment, fluid power systems, lubrication systems, and circulating water systems
- Provides engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and other required technical documentation
- Performs constructability reviews and improvement analysis
- Reviews drawings and performs field inspections
- Provides equipment specifications and bid reviews
- Project Management, Estimating, and Scheduling of multi-discipline projects
- Oversees project construction activities and coordinates project implementation activities with plant operating departments
- Implements mechanical design and coordination work as required
