Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automated manufacturing, including servo motors, PLC applications, and AGV technology. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Prior lean manufacturing training and experience (Six Sigma, Toyota Production Systems, Total Productive Maintenance, etc.) is desirable.
- Experience in cloud computing and data analytics using PowerBI and SQL databases is preferred.
Job Responsibility:
- Focused Improvement and Operations teams to prioritize continuous improvement projects based on loss data.
- Immersed in a manufacturing process, understanding the current principles of operation to find sources of waste and inefficiencies.
- Contribute to a safer, more productive, and more cost competitive future.
- Work closely with the WCM Leader, Finance Leader, and Manufacturing Leader to select the right projects for our plant.
