JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required (Electrical Degree considered dependent on experience).

2. Project Manager with at least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or assembly operations.
3. Project Management Experience in manufacturing and/or assembly operations.        

Job Responsibility:

1. Experience leading continuous improvement projects and applying problem-solving methods.

2. Experience with applying LEAN tools including 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Material Flow/Layout improvements, identifying and reducing waste, change over reduction, and TPM.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, specifically able to motivate operators and supervisors to apply continuous improvement tools.
4. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Passion for excellence and a willingness to lead change.
6. Computer skills – CAD – AutoCAD preferred, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
