Qualification:
Education & Experience
MS/or BS Junior/Senior pursuing a technical degree from an accredited university
- Available for 10-12 weeks during the Summer Term
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Knowledge of robot/cobot programming- NACHI, FANUC, KUKA, UR etc.
- Experience in 3D design and Simulation tool Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.
- Hands on design/assembly of a complex machine, end of arm tool and fixture design.
- Pneumatic, vision control, and limited electrical experience.
- Transferrable skills of automation from other industry with both continuous flow and discrete assembly process.
- Knowledge of AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and typical applications in Manufacturing /Intralogistics / Warehouses
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, learning and successfully working in multicultural environments.
- Basic Programming knowledge - MATLAB, Python, C++. C#
- Basic knowledge Industrial Engineering and Contract Manufacturing principles
Job Responsibility:
Support new IIOT, Automation and Robotics Projects selected by the team and or specified in Technology Roadmaps
- Interface and support fellow IIOT, Automation, Robotics, IIOT and Process Development Engineers (local and Global sites)
- Projects would include but not limited to participation in Global AME IIOT, Automation, Robotics and related Projects, 3D Design Simulation, Mechanical Controls, End of Arm Tool Design, Autonomous Robotics, Artificial Intelligent devices and software
