JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.  Electrical Engineering or Computer Science concentration preferred

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
3. Computer proficiency and ability to use and navigate the internet and various computer software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical data.
5. Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.

 

Job Responsibility:

1. Participates in gathering and analyzing requirements for test measurement systems.

2. Assists in the development of test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition to perform the test within the constraints of the test plan.
3. Develops solutions to calibration systems problems. Performs data analysis, develops and utilizes data processing tools.
4. Designs simple component level hardware or software.
5. Uses analytical tools to verify the design.
6. Verifies collection of complete data set.
7. Maintains test logs, prepares simple test reports and archives data.
8. Works under direct supervision.
