Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

2. 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
3. Core knowledge of quality management processes (APQP, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, MSA, PPAP, SPC tools, Root Cause Analysis)
4. Lead large-scale projects from concept through implementation
5. Advocate and promote a safety-focused work environment
6. Green Belt / Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma (practitioner of DMAIC process improvement tools)
7. ASQ Quality Engineer certification or AIAG training

Job Responsibility:

1. You will design efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy, and materials to make products or provide services.

2. The Industrial Engineer will design manufacturing routes to maximize effectiveness, and space while also ensuring company compliance with industry standards for safety.
3. You will work with senior management and other team members on matters concerning several departments and partners.
4. The Industrial Engineer prevents waste and inefficiency in across all areas of the production facility.
