Qualification:

Education & Experience

  1. HS Diploma or GED required, 2-year degree preferred

  2. 1+ years of related experience required
  3. Life Insurance required within 90 days of employment
  4. Sales skills with the ability to influence Customers
  5. Excellent Customer Service and relationship building skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Previous Financial Services or sales experience helpful
  8. Developing knowledge of retail investment industry
  9. Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
  10. Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
  11. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
  12. Ability to train less experienced team members
  13. Strong PC skills
  14. Notary License (Preferred)


Job Selection Process:

  1. Consistently executes appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store

  2. Conducts needs-based conversations and offers financial solutions to meet our Customers' needs
  3. Makes quality referrals to appropriate partners
  4. Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics

  6. Proactively reaches out to Customers to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations
  7. Prepares for Life Licensing exams through proactive engagement in the education process and successful achievement of licensing requirements within the first 90 days
  8. Meets with customers and prospects to develop understanding of other financial objectives and needs.
  9. Assesses customer information and suggests appropriate product and service solutions. Sells customers on value and benefits of suggested alternatives and closes sales
  10. Maintains strong product and sales knowledge and champions core service values. Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff
  11. Contributes to the ongoing improvement of the Customer Experience by leading, coaching and modeling quality service at every Customer interaction
