- 1 - 4 years of experience in investment banking or research, or related fields. Internet/Software experience a plus.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious and intellectually honest with strong commercial instinct and demonstrated interest in equity markets.
- Enjoys collaborative projects and being part of a team.
Job Responsibility:
The Research Associate will be a valuable partner to our Research Analysts in idea generation, conducting due diligence on potential investments, and monitoring current positions.
- The position presents an unusual opportunity to occupy a generalist role enabling the Research Associate to work across industries under the guidance and direction of our sector heads, in a collegial and fast-paced environment.
- Our Research Analysts will rely on the unique insights of the Research Associate gleaned from financial modelling; regular communication with management teams, industry experts, sell-side analysts and portfolio management teams; primary research via channel checks, field research, surveys, or other methods; and ESG and Data Science integration supported by those respective teams.
