Education & Experience
3+ years in a combination of strategy, finance, consulting or program management
- Proficiency or Expert level knowledge of: Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills, SQL, Salesfoce
- Basic knowledge in specialized analytics & automation (Python, google scripts, etc)
- Previous experience in Sales Operations
Job Responsibility:
Set and operationalize our sales targets through high impact projects that drive sales productivity
- Enable teams through strong data integrity and reporting
- Align our strategy and compensation to drive business results
- Set our sales strategy in partnership with our Operations and Territory leadership teams, aligning our sales goals to our business goals
- Address key strategic questions through analytical frameworks and insights to inform key decisions for our sales organization
- Design and implement projects to improve our sales efficacy, lead generation accuracy, sales compensation, segmentation, and more
- Build dashboards to provide data and insights to our sellers, customer success managers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences -- from senior leaders to new hires to subject matter experts
- Be a strategic thought partner to team members in different parts of the business
