JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline is required.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical or similar regulated industry is required.
3. Good communication skills, verbal and written, are required.
4. Knowledge of working with computers and associated applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Working knowledge on single use process equipment is preferred.
6. Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, Allen-Bradley PLC is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

1. Support sustained operation and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and control systems used in the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals

2. Provide on the floor operational support as needed
3. Support the design and qualification of improvements, changes, or upgrades in production equipment as needed
4. Support the development of commissioning and qualification documents
5. Provide the execution of commissioning and qualification activities
6. Support the maintenance department as needed
7. Provide equipment maintenance history review
8. Support tech transfer and changeover for commercial and clinical processes
9. Support investigations, audits and change controls as needed
10. Support process and continuous improvement projects as needed.
11. Provide off-shift and on call support when necessary
