JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. 1-2 years of related experience and/or training is required.

2. High School Diploma/GED Certificate required.

Job Responsibility:

1. Perform required titrations in the system's stages.

2. Maintain the integrity of the pretreatment and e-coat systems and make necessary adjustments.
3. Monitor and ensure proper operation of the waste water system.
4. Maintain inventory of pretreatment materials.
5. Maintain proper e-coat rectifier settings to ensure optimum paint performance.
6. Perform required testing to verify proper system performance.
7. Document and maintain system measurement charts as defined per procedures.
8. Clean and maintain system according to 5S standards and housekeeping requirements.
9. Monitor and ensure optimum operation of the DI/RO units.
