JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience:

1. Excellent understanding of Azure full-stack and operational knowledge in variety of areas including (but not limited to) AAD, RBAC, AKS, alerts and monitoring, dashboarding and operational health reporting, Azure Key Vaults, ALBs, Storage, virtual networks and security.

2. Deep knowledge with Azure networking and security
3. Working knowledge of provisioning and managing Azure Infrastructure using automation – PowerShell, ARM templates etc
4. Hands on experience building and supporting mission-critical IaaS/PaaS solutions for critical applications in Azure Cloud environment.
5. Experience using Terraform to perform infrastructure as code a plus
6. Knowledge of with DevOps techniques and Agile practices is an added advantage
7. Hands on experience building and supporting mission-critical IaaS/PaaS solutions for critical applications in Azure Cloud environment. configuring and maintaining Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Server farm, Office 365, integration and working knowledge of Azure AD connectors
8. Installation and maintenance of system software tools, operating systems, patch and application deployment, building and deploying SOE’s, data communication and specialised utilities
9. Experience within VMware and Citrix virtualization is a plus

Job Responsibility:

1. Managing the operation and lifecycle of all infrastructure components including Cloud, Compute, Storage and Network Services, Server OS, Identity Services, Citrix, Exchange and other core platforms.

2. Providing escalated 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of issues relating to Infrastructure & Cloud services
3. Documenting detailed system configuration for the purpose of quality, transparency, and knowledge transfer and business continuity.
4. Administration, support and maintenance of ICT services inclusive of Azure and Data Centre hosted environments to ensure optimum systems performance and highlight potential issue.
5. Using ServiceNow to maintain and update activities in a timely and professional manner
6. Maintaining the availability and performance of systems and software, inclusive of virtual and physical infrastructure.
7. Supporting other technologies and team requirements.
8. A strong focus on customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
