Qualification:
Education & Experience:
Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Packing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in continuous improvement methodology as applied to a production environment.
Job Responsibility:
Drive continuous improvement and aid in the development and implementation of a Lean culture in the Blackmores Packing operation
- Review of line losses and implementing appropriate initiatives to improve OEE.
- Review line reliability and recommend changes to design and/or maintenance program
- Line balancing and debottlenecking
- SMED projects to improve product change efficiency
- Investigation and CAPA for safety and quality issues
- Project management
