Education & Experience
High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Real estate experience is preferred but we will train the right motivated individuals without experience.
- Experience working in a role where data is processed.
Job Responsibility:
Collect data and track commercial real estate availability in Catylist Research markets.
- Outreach to real estate professionals via phone and email to collect and verify the information. Build and maintain relationships within the market. Must be able to make 25-30 outbound phone calls/day.
- Review websites to obtain and validate information as needed in new Research markets.
- Effectively prioritize workload, ensuring that time-sensitive tasks are done efficiently and accurately.
- Process all needed data corrections on a timely basis
