Education & Experience
3+ years of experience implementing culinary quality control programs
- Deep knowledge and understanding of QC processes and tools
Job Responsibility:
Drive fulfillment partner performance to plan through clearly defined OKRs and KPIs
- Interact on a daily basis with our partners to provide direct, personalized support through customized analysis and recommendations on how to improve both their Nextbite and their main operations
- Engage in a high level of collaboration with peers, particularly with the account management and culinary training teams
- Maintain control over the details of and improvements to our QC process, people, tools, and infrastructure
- Report performance metrics to the leadership team to improve the service Nextbite provides to its partners
- Collaborate with other parts of the company to build best practices and make best use of technology and systems
