Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and establish Quality Procedures, Inspection Plans, and Quality Systems for products including higher quality standard products such as the Automotive, Aerospace, and Military projects.
- Ensure on time processing of non-conforming components and assign RMA# and process returned parts for Failure Analysis.
- Assist suppliers with the disposition process of Non-Conforming material or quality issues by involvement in the failure analysis process and Material Review Board
- Evaluate suppliers KPI performance using Supplier Scorecard and manage the supplier’s Scrap Rates, On Time Delivery, Customer Complaints, and Corrective Actions using Supplier Scorecard and managing the supplier’s improvement plans.
- Verify product conformance from IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, FAI, and Cpk, and PPAP reports and confirming the effectiveness of the quality system through supplier audits and surveys.
- Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to Define and Coordinate the proper Reliability (Mechanical and Climatic) Test Plans using International Recognized Test Standards and maintain the records of the Test Results documentation related to the Product Qualifications for all projects including the Automotive, Aerospace, and Military projects.
- Manage and respond to all product environmental compliance requests for the latest RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and other Social and Environmental Compliance regulations.
