Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
- Employee Relations experience and a good working knowledge of Australian Employment Law & NES
- Previous experience in global HR strategies (desirable)
- Prior experience in insurance industry (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- An innovative and hardworking individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated and a team player, who is driven by process and results
- Working knowledge of people management and coaching skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Passionate and committed to their role and contribution within the organisation.
