JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner

  2. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
  3. Employee Relations experience and a good working knowledge of Australian Employment Law & NES
  4. Previous experience in global HR strategies (desirable)
  5. Prior experience in insurance industry (advantageous)
  6. Proficient in Microsoft applications
  7. An innovative and hardworking individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
  8. A self-motivated and a team player, who is driven by process and results
  9. Working knowledge of people management and coaching skills
  10. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  11. Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills
  12. Passionate and committed to their role and contribution within the organisation.
