Qualification:
Education & Experience
Tertiary qualification in process, mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage or pharmaceutical industries
- Ability and experience using MS Project and AutoCAD
- Have strong financial management skills and experience
- Well-developed technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders
- Understanding of continuous improvement and lean methodologies
- Enjoy a positive and down to earth team culture
Job Responsibility:
Work alongside and manage external stakeholders including suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure requirements are met, on time and on budget
- Use your finance management skills to forecast costs and ensure they are in line with the budget
- Manage tight deadlines
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives with engineering systems and management procedures
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace
