Education & Experience
University Degree
- 4 -7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR with at least two years of strong generalist duties and/or partnering background
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, proactive attitude where teamwork is a priority
- Knowledgeable in APJ employment law
- Thoroughly understands key People Operation functions including but not limited to: benefits administration, immigration, training and development, and performance management.
- Ability to establish trust and build productive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Accountable, self-motivated to achieve results with an ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
- Ready, willing and able to work outside regular work hours to get an important project or task completed
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Excellent facilitation and oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively build harmonious relationships with employees and managers in APJ.
- Prepares international employment contracts, onboards new ExaFamily members, and offboards when needed
- Collaborates with our payroll vendor and various benefits brokers to assure that our ExaFamily members are being well taken care of
- Plans, prepares and executes international social events
- You are the main point of contact for any APJ employee question or concern
- Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer to help build out the HR function across the APJ region in accordance with local laws
- Proactively identifies and addresses human resources challenges and opportunities, which may affect the execution of business plans
- Will assist the global People team with the implementation and roll out of various programs worldwide
- Investigates complex employee relations issues and initiates appropriate resolution; recommends and implements effective solutions consistent with our vision, mission and cultural values, applicable policies and laws.
- Provides ongoing proactive analysis of the Organization’s health by analyzing trends in employee engagement/satisfaction, retention, etc.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management (coaching, counseling, career development, onboarding/off-boarding and disciplinary actions).
