Qualification:
Education & Experience
B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Materials, Ceramic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- We require 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or development
- Strong engineering background and data analysis skills
- Experience using the scientific method to solve challenging problems
- Proven understanding of basic statistics and process capability analysis
- Proficiency with experimentation including experiment design, execution, and results analysis
- Excellent time management and organization skills; self-motivated and self-directed
Job Responsibility:
Conduct process engineering efforts to improve existing processes and develop processes for new products
- Use engineering tools and methodologies such as MEE, KT-PA, etc. to understand and address root causes of production issues
- Lead projects that support key Division and Plant initiatives
- Work with Division Engineering and Development groups to deliver new technologies to production
- Conduct experimentation to expand process understanding and support technology deployment
- Provide recommendations and support for new product and process concepts
- Give presentations to leadership to provide updates on active workstreams
