Education & Experience
A background in admissions, intake, or customer service with 2 years experience.
- A degree in a health related field or experience commensurate with such degree.
Job Responsibility:
Responds to all referrals and inquiries in a professional manner. This may include but is not limited to selling the network, explaining finances, communicating intake information, and transfer of information to appropriate facility/entity for scheduling of admission/appointments.
- Follows up on all referrals and inquiries at specified intervals for the purpose of measuring client satisfaction as well as tracking of client needs.
- Completes intake process in a timely manner and coordinates appropriate service delivery.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all referral sources/customers
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all Genesis Centers and Service entities
- Assists the Manager in marketing the ElderCare Line to current and potential referral services
- Effectively markets Genesis services via the HealthCare Line
- Performs other related duties as assigned
