Education & Experience
Master's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Must be detailed oriented, highly organized, and persistent
- Ability to work with and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Interest in learning all aspects of Human Resources
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibility:
Support day to day HR activities and respond to employee requests in a timely manner
- Determine methods for automating and streamlining processes
- Assist with regular inputs and audits of new hire records
- Leverage reporting functions to focus your efforts and keep hiring managers informed
- Partner with business leaders to deliver various HR programs
