Education & Experience
Understands standards and guidelines for programming codes, procedures, documentation, project systems organization, and introducing new technology
- A strong working knowledge of CAFM Systems, bonus points for Serraview.
- Strong understanding of occupancy planning and architectural design.
- Excellent GSuite skills, particularly GSheets or Microsoft EXCEL.
- Deep knowledge of BOMA standards.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and remotely.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel & CAFM software (Serraview preferred)
- 3+ years of CAD experience
- 1 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment. Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design, CAFM
- Consulting/vendor experience a bonus
- 1-2 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
Job Responsibility:
Perform test fit per red-lined drawings and provide informed feedback to space planners and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) team.
- Manage ticket queue for all global CAD requests from furniture updates to test fits.
- Develop guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth transition of CAD and building data file from concept and architectural plans through ongoing updates (i.e. Operational/Day 2 Projects, MAC updates to space, etc).
- Maintain version control, be able to distribute historical CADs upon request to global Design, Construction and PM teams.
