Qualification:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Experience with Creo Software
Job Responsibility:
Research issues/challenges/options
- Create or update drawings/designs/BOMs/test procedure/analysis/test reports/simulations/change orders/test plans
- Work in a cross functional engineering/operations/quality/supply chain/manufacturing team
- Execute tests/builds/investigations/simulations/analysis/data collection/reviews
- Must possess ability to creatively resolve problems and issues
- Design, develop and test parts (prototype, production)
- Use engineering principles to design products and tests
- Identify problems conducting root cause analysis to determine correction action and validation
- Support Component Maintenance Manuals and Service Bulletins as needed
- Ability to be flexible (change priorities as needed), hands-on, analytical and intuitive
