Qualification:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
- 1 year of recruiting/talent scouting experience as a primary function
- Ability to communicate with all levels of exempt and non-exempt staff
- Highly organized in tracking of hiring
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under minimal supervision
Job Selection Process:
Identify event staff, parking, housekeeping, box office, and any other departmental hiring needs/goals from Staff Coordinators
- Identify, organize, and participate in job fairs, including virtual and "in-person"
- Network within the community to find unique staffing options
- Work with the marketing department to design and regularly maintain a marketing plan for staff recruitment, including social media, radio, print, etc.
- Develop new and exciting programs and ways to attract new part time talent and reengage the current part time staff pool
- Work with hiring managers and department directors to ensure adequate staffing needs for all venues and departments
- Review resumes for skills and knowledge relative to position requirements
- Refer qualified candidates to part time departments for review/consideration
- Organize/schedule part time new hire paperwork completion
- Provide monthly reporting to departments regarding goals, achievements, etc.
- Assist in administration of part time employee incentive program
- All other duties as assigned
