Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) required
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant working/professional experience in Content, Client Support, or Sales/Relationship Management.
- Basic understanding of the financial markets, particularly the global fixed income primary and secondary markets.
- Excellent communication skills, multilingual a plus.
- Must possess the ability to influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced research skills (especially searching online creatively).
- Solid understanding of the equity and or fund markets are a plus.
- Basic-level MS Office, intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Establish frequent outreach to Issuers, Underwriters, Trust Administrators, and other agents to procure fixed income terms and conditions and resolve inquiries.
- Manage multiple and complex data inquiries and resolve in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal and external relationships and collaborate in a global team environment to identify data related issues and process improvements.
- Serve as subject matter expert in covered areas within fixed income.
- Perform root-cause analysis to better understand data sourcing and client inquiries.
- Record and regularly maintain contacts/outreach activities in central database.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of financial market trends and changes and share with the global team.
- Coordinate and work closely with the senior members of the team.
