Qualification:

Education & Experience

  1. Ability to analyze data to understand user motivation and blocks within these metrics, understanding which user journeys truly matter to increase conversion rates. Experience with Google Analytics preferred; experience with AB testing tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, and Optimizly is an added bonus!

  2. An understanding of user research techniques and skills to elicit genuine user insight. Experience with user interviews, surveys, focus groups and moderated user testing preferred
  3. Experience analyzing how online users progress through funnels
  4. Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills
  5. Comfortable producing regular client reports accurately and in a timely manner, having the insight to to make suggestions for improvement in content and digital performance where necessary
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this job involves regular communication (verbal and written) with clients
  7. Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  8. Demonstrate alignment to our company values
  9. Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working in CRO
  10. Minimum of 2 years client-facing experience
  11. Four-year degree in any field


Job Responsibility:

  1. Measured on CRO revenue retention and growth, hourly rate, and client satisfaction scores for clients under management

  2. In charge of UX research on 10 to 20 client accounts
  3. Support the CRO Strategists to better understand our clients' user behavior - what are their motivations and their anxieties and more importantly, why
  4. Use a range of techniques and tools to elicit this with the entire team including moderated and remote user testing, survey and poll design, session replay tools, user interviews, etc.
  5. Report back to the team and the client on these findings with suitable recommendations. These insights will ultimately be tested and ran as AB tests by the team. Analyze the lifecycle of understanding what users want, improving it, seeing it come to life, and the result thereafter
  6. Perform regular user behavior analyses and make data-driven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology
  7. Ensure analyses and optimizations are executed and aligned with client goals and KPIs
  8. Recognize and proactively manage performance or relationship issues, including but not limited to client contact changes, missed goals, and flat or negative growth
  9. Communicate client performance regularly and ensure we fulfill on client contracts and promised strategy
  10. Implement & use Brainlabs’ tools on all accounts where applicable
  11. Prioritize and respond to client emails/calls in a timely manner
  12. Model strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanor with the team
  13. Mentor team members working on assigned clients, providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program
