JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

  1. High school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of experience in a cGXP manufacturing environment, or

  2. Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in a cGXP manufacturing environment.
  3. Familiarity with Manufacturing Control Systems (i.e. DeltaV).
  4. Experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.
  5. Experience in a GXP environment.
  6. Experience facilitating and delivering training.
  7. Experience creating controlled documents.
  8. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations of the places in which we conduct business, as well as our own company policies and procedures.
  9. Being honest and treating people with respect and courtesy.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Practices and promotes safe work habits and adheres to Sanofi’s safety procedures and guidelines.

  2. Effectively demonstrates understanding of GMPs and how they apply to specific responsibilities.
  3. Follows verbal and written procedures in operating production equipment and performing processing steps; accurately completes appropriate production documentation.
  4. Identifies, escalates, and documents events that deviate from normal operation; participate as needed in investigations.
  5. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of process area.
  6. Maintains production area with supplies.
  7. Prepares and operates large scale manufacturing equipment and systems
  8. Performs clean in place operations to prepare equipment for manufacturing operations.
  9. Performs batch record review, procedure revisions, and work order generation.
  10. May be responsible for training less experienced or new operators.
  11. May be designated as a lead operator on manufacturing operations.
  12. Utilizes manufacturing knowledge to improve process operations and affect positive change.
  13. Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical operations.
  14. Effectively utilizes Microsoft office applications.
