JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. AS degree preferred, or equivalent experience/education.

2. 3-5 years’ experience preferred in assembly of electromechanical assemblies.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in product testing and electronic system integration preferred.
5. At least two years of experience with laser alignment equipment preferred.
6. Available for overtime and weekend work.
7. Good understanding of computer systems, including MS Office Suite.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to follow complex procedures, schematics, and drawings.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced/cross-functional deadline-driven environment.
12. Safely operates hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools.
13. Knowledge of manufacturing information systems a plus 

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for complex electro/mechanical assembly and tracking of manufacturing data.

2. Component sub-assemblies include but are not limited to lasers/detectors, PCB, PCBA’s, mirrors, mechanical parts, & HMI interfaces.
3. Can carefully follow assembly drawings, schematics, and procedures.
4. Summarizes issues and findings and can provide recommendations or solutions to technical problems.
