Education & Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification (civil, mechanical or electrical engineering).
- Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.
- A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Flexibility to undertake regular travel to our project sites, in addition to occasional weekend work or night-shift.
Job Responsibility:
- Participate in the delivery of projects and support Project Managers to ensure work output is in line with safety, quality, environmental, schedule, budget and scope objectives.
- Gain experience in site inspections and construction contracts.
- Develop practical and commercial solutions to problems.
- Undertake work-related training and self-development for career advancement.
- Collaborate with project staff and work within a supportive team of technical experts in their field.
