Qualification:

Education & Experience

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

2. Associate's Degree or Medical Coding and Billing Certification a plus
3. 1 year Billing experience a plus, but not required
4. Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to perform successfully in a team environment
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills
8. Strong verbal communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
9. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
10. Alpha-Numeric Data Entry proficiency

Job Responsibility:

1. Research, translate, and analyze routine front end billing issues

2. Research, translate, and update demographic data to ensure prompt payment from customers
3. Resolve systems issues from daily reports to determine appropriate resolution action
